Finally got the new rotors installed (all four) and the difference can truly be felt both in stopping power and smoothness of action. Took it to Northgate Tire and got it all done at cost of parts — no labor. Sure, there was almost certainly some sort of markup on the parts, but the job was way cheaper than I had originally anticipated.

Now I just need to get around to cleaning the wheels again!
